ZWEIGELTREBE 2002
A red wine grape variety, Austrian Fritz Zweigelt developed Zweigeltrebe by crossing two old wine varieties, Blau Frank and St. Laurent. Now the most widely grown red grape in Austria, with over 1,000 ha grown in the Czech Republic it also has a presence in Canada's vineyards. With the bite and fruity character of the Blau Frank grape and the body of St. Laurent, its fruity characteristics have been compared to wines produced from the Gamay grape, like the red wine of the Beaujolais region.

PALAVA 2006
This white wine was developed in a Czech Wine Institute in 1953 by crossing Gewürztraminer and Muller Thurgau. Anthony Gismondi gave it 84 points describing it has having a "Fine spicy, floral, peach, apple, mineral aromas. Soft, round, dry entry with spicy, sausage, apricot skin, mineral flavours and a slightly oily texture with some minty notes on the finish. Simple, ready to drink summer sipper."
